Short Information : Under the Commission’s Advertisement No. 08-Examination/2022, Combined Junior Assistant Main Examination (P.A.P.- 2021)/08, Medical and Health Services, Uttar Pradesh A total of 1148 vacant posts of Junior Assistant (Uttar Pradesh Medical Health and Family Welfare Department Subordinate Office Clerk Cadre) under control and Industry and Enterprise Promotion of India for selection on total 114 vacant posts of Junior Assistant under the control of Directorate, Uttar Pradesh i.e. total 1262 vacant posts of Junior Assistant for both the departments. POST Details:- Candidates are expected to read the advertisement carefully and ensure that they possess the required essential qualifications (educational) and other qualifications for the advertised post. Do this and fall within the prescribed age limit. Candidates should start the process of filling the application form only if they possess the prescribed qualifications and educational qualifications mentioned in the advertisement.
Vacancy Details : Special Statement- The last date for submitting application and depositing fee in relation to the above advertisement is 14-12-2022. No application fee will be accepted after this date. The candidate will not be able to take a printout of his application form until the fee deposited by him is adjusted by the bank. Therefore, it is mandatory for the candidate to get the fee adjustment done from the bank by 14-12-2022 or latest by 07 days after that i.e. by 21-12-2022. During this period, the candidate can also modify the permissible details in his application form.
विशेष विवरण- उपरोक्त विज्ञापन के संबंध में आवेदन जमा करने एवं शुल्क जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 14-12-2022 है। इस तिथि के बाद कोई आवेदन शुल्क स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थी अपने आवेदन पत्र का प्रिंटआउट तब तक नहीं ले सकेगा जब तक उसके द्वारा जमा किया गया शुल्क बैंक द्वारा समायोजित नहीं कर दिया जाता। अत: अभ्यर्थी को बैंक से शुल्क समायोजन 14-12-2022 तक अथवा उसके 07 दिन बाद अर्थात 21-12-2022 तक कराना अनिवार्य है। इस अवधि के दौरान अभ्यर्थी अपने आवेदन पत्र में अनुमन्य विवरण में संशोधन भी कर सकते हैं।

UPSSSC Junior Assistant exam process is as follows
Written Exam -The first stage is a written exam that tests candidates’ knowledge and aptitude for the role. The exam is usually multiple-choice and covers topics like general knowledge, reasoning, mathematics, English, and Hindi. The exam is 120 minutes long and consists of 100 questions, each worth one mark. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
पहला चरण लिखित परीक्षा है जिसमें उम्मीदवार के ज्ञान और भूमिका के लिए योग्यता का परीक्षण किया जाता है। परीक्षा आमतौर पर बहुविकल्पीय होती है और इसमें सामान्य ज्ञान, तर्क, गणित, अंग्रेजी और हिंदी जैसे विषय शामिल होते हैं। परीक्षा 120 मिनट की होती है और इसमें 100 प्रश्न होते हैं, प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक अंक का होता है। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए 0.25 अंक की नकारात्मक अंकन व्यवस्था है।
Typing test -Candidates who pass the written exam move on to the typing test. The typing test assesses candidates’ ability to type at a certain speed in both Hindi and English. The speed required varies, but is typically around 25 to 30 words per minute for Hindi and 30 to 35 words per minute for English.
लिखित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले अभ्यर्थी टाइपिंग परीक्षा में आगे बढ़ते हैं। टाइपिंग टेस्ट में अभ्यर्थियों की हिंदी और अंग्रेजी दोनों में एक निश्चित गति से टाइप करने की क्षमता का आकलन किया जाता है। आवश्यक गति अलग-अलग होती है, लेकिन आम तौर पर हिंदी के लिए यह 25 से 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट और अंग्रेजी के लिए 30 से 35 शब्द प्रति मिनट होती है।
Document verification– After passing the written exam and typing test, candidates undergo document verification. This is when their educational certificates, identity proofs, and other relevant documents are verified.

Final selection– The final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in the main exam and document verification. Candidates who are selected are assigned to various departments under the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

UPSSSC Category Wise Vacancy Details :- UPSSSC has released the post for Junior Assistant, 1262 posts have been released for Junior Assistant, in which 515 posts have been released for General Candidates, 125 posts have been released for EWS Candidates, 328 posts have been released for OBC Candidates. There are 257 posts for SC candidates and 27 posts for ST candidates.
